This cava comes from a pioneering estate dating back to 1903 & farmed organically since 1978. They are one of the few wineries left that labels their bottles with "Classic Penedes" rather than "Cava," a distinction that indicates the wine was made entirely from grapes cultivated, harvested, and vinified on the estate, and matured for at least 15 months before distribution. A classic all-rounder made with a traditional blend of  Penedes grapes and versatile with food - it will surely keep you company in your best moments.
