WINE CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS

INTRODUCTION 

Welcome to Good Riddance Wine Club. By subscribing to our wine club, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 21 years old to join our wine club.

Our services are currently available only in the state of California.

ENROLLMENT

To enroll in the wine club, complete the online registration form and provide accurate personal and payment information. Membership becomes effective upon receipt of your registration and payment.

PAYMENTS & FEES

Fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment can be made via credit card via the Good Riddance website.

For six and twelve month pre-paid options - total cost paid up front, no refunds given within each timeline, subscription moves to a monthly auto-pay after the six or twelve months has passed.

All applicable taxes will be added to the membership fee.

STORAGE & FEES

A storage fee of $5 will automatically be charged each week the wines are not picked up. After 3 months, your wines will be considered forfeited and you will receive $55 in-store credit to use anytime

WINE SELECTIONS

Wines are selected by our team sommelier. Some memberships may offer customization and/or additional options. Please refer to your membership level for details. We reserve the right to change selections based on availability.

CANCELLATION

You may pause or cancel your membership by accessing your account and choosing to cancel your plan before the 1st of the month.

Membership fees are non-refundable once charged. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining portion of the cycle.

MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

Members are required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding alcohol purchase, consumption and delivery.

Members are required to maintain accurate account information and notify Good Riddance of any changes.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

We collect personal information necessary for processing your subscription and delivering your orders.

Your data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at [privacy policy link].

LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

Limitation of Liability: Good Riddance is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to the quality or condition of the wines or other products. 

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any delays or failures in service caused by circumstances beyond our control.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mediation/arbitration in Los Angeles, California. In the event of legal action, each party will bear its own legal fees.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions. Members will be notified of changes, and changes will be reflected in the Terms & Conditions section on the Good Riddance website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
